Following a user-centered design philosophy, Fusing X brand has equipped its 315-630mm butt welding machine series with a dedicated crane as a standard feature. This design greatly improves the workflow, boosting on-site efficiency while reducing the physical strain on operators.
Operating Procedure
To thoroughly test the machine’s performance under demanding conditions, we selected the largest pipe size it can handle — HDPE 630mm — for a full demonstration. The test clearly showed that even with maximum pipe dimensions, this butt fusion welding machine runs smoothly and remains easy to operate, fully meeting high-standard project requirements.
