FusingX is the high-end butt fusion machine series under Welping, developed primarily for medium- and large-diameter pipeline applications. Compared with standard models, the FX series features a more integrated structure, more refined configurations, and a higher level of overall completeness, with operation designed to be more convenient for on-site work.

Last week, a new set of photos was taken of the FX800 butt fusion machine, focusing on a single unit in its complete configuration. As shown in the images, the FX800 system consists of the main machine frame, hydraulic unit, facer, and heating plate. The overall layout is clear, with balanced proportions between the major components, presenting the full structure of the machine in a straightforward manner.

The FX800 supports pipe diameters from 450 to 800 mm and is positioned within the FX series as a solution for larger-diameter welding applications.

Compared with the FX630 and smaller models, the FX800 shows several visible differences in external details. One of the most noticeable changes is the surface treatment of the clamping inserts, which feature a black base with a silver-pattern powder coating. In the current configuration, this treatment contributes to a consistent and unified overall appearance of the machine.

At present, the standard FX series includes models up to FX1800. For applications beyond this range, customized solutions can be provided based on specific project requirements.
