FUSINGX is preparing to introduce a new
rubber roller pipe stand, designed to support and handle large-diameter PE pipes during welding and field operations.
The stand is developed for DN630–DN1200 pipe sizes and is intended for use in both workshops and on-site environments.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame for Jobsite Conditions
The stand features a robust steel frame built for long-term use under typical jobsite conditions.
During butt fusion welding or pipe handling work, the rigid structure provides stable and dependable pipe support, helping maintain proper alignment throughout the operation.
Rubber Roller Design for Smooth Pipe Handling
The rollers are coated with rubber to allow pipes to move smoothly while resting on the stand.
This helps reduce friction during positioning, alignment, welding, and cutting, making pipe handling easier and more controlled.
Designed for Large-Diameter Pipe Support
Specifically developed for
DN630–DN1200 PE pipes, the stand is built to meet the support requirements of large and heavy pipe sections.
Its wide-base design enhances overall stability, which is particularly important during butt fusion welding operations.
