- The FUSINGX rubber roller pipe stand is designed for DN630–DN1200 PE pipes, providing stable support during welding and pipe handling operations. Featuring a heavy-duty steel frame, rubber-coated rollers, and a wide-base structure, it enables smoother pipe movement and improved alignment. With a designed load capacity of approximately 1.5 tons, the product is currently in pre-launch stage.
FUSINGX is preparing to introduce a new rubber roller pipe stand, designed to support and handle large-diameter PE pipes during welding and field operations.
The stand is developed for DN630–DN1200 pipe sizes and is intended for use in both workshops and on-site environments.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame for Jobsite Conditions
The stand features a robust steel frame built for long-term use under typical jobsite conditions.
During butt fusion welding or pipe handling work, the rigid structure provides stable and dependable pipe support, helping maintain proper alignment throughout the operation.
