Welping produces Butt Fusion Welding Machines with dedicated machining and assembly lines.
Welping manufactures Butt Fusion Welding Machines in a production facility equipped with machining workshops and assembly lines for industrial pipe welding equipment. The factory covers the full manufacturing process, including metal cutting, component machining, assembly, and finished machine storage, supporting continuous production flow for different machine models and specifications.
The production process starts with metal cutting and component machining. Parts are prepared through laser cutting, milling, and fabrication processes. The facility is equipped with a 12000W laser cutting system, multiple CNC machining centers, and a complete welding line.
For aluminum components, Welping operates four die-casting machines, including a 1200-ton unit, supporting the production of large-sized parts with stable structure and consistent shape.
After machining, components are transferred to the assembly workshop. Multiple parallel assembly lines allow different machine models to be built at the same time. Hydraulic systems and electrical wiring are installed during this stage, with basic checks carried out throughout the process.
Before leaving the workshop, each machine goes through functional testing to ensure normal operation.
