Welping is exhibiting at the 138th Canton Fair, with its booth located on the ground floor. A range of pipe equipment is on display, including butt fusion machines, electrofusion machines, and roll grooving systems. New products are also presented, offering visitors a closer look at recent developments in pipe welding and grooving solutions.

A test on 20Mn 16-inch steel pipe showed that while standard machines could complete grooving, efficiency dropped under load. The AG-4X significantly improved speed and stability, reducing processing time to about 2 minutes per joint. The case highlights the importance of matching equipment to high-strength materials and demanding working conditions.

The main structure of our new factory is now complete, marking a key milestone in its construction. The building is ready for interior finishing, equipment installation, and commissioning. Once operational, the facility will support large-scale and high-capacity butt fusion welding equipment production. Updates on the progress will be shared as the factory moves from construction to operation.

After five years, WELPING proudly returned to INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hannover, Germany. We showcased a wide range of pipe joining and fire protection solutions, connected with customers from around the world, and concluded the exhibition by selling our demonstration Butt Fusion Machine.
